Our Culture
Our most ubiquitous core value is creating a fun and family-friendly environment so employees are happy, feel supported, and work towards shared success. Employees may elect to spend their time playing ping pong or arcade games, throwing darts, walking on the treadmill, relaxing on the massage chair, or even practicing yoga and meditation in the “Zen Zone” room.

Our Community
Caring for and protecting others and the environment extends far beyond our office walls. Staff members from coast to coast eagerly participate in annual company-wide volunteer projects, fundraising, food drives, and disaster relief efforts. Employees are also encouraged to nominate grants to be given to non-profit organizations from the company charitable gift fund. We create change by thinking big but acting small in our communities.
Our Story
From humble beginnings.
In 1994, EnviroServices & Training Center founders Michael Yee and Gregory Perry began their journey operating out of a spare bedroom. Fast forward 30 years, the firm has completed thousands of projects across Hawai‘i, Kwajalein, Saipan, Guam, Johnston Atoll, Federated States of Micronesia, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas. The credit for their success goes to the steadfast efforts of ETC’s talented scientists, engineers, and professionals.
