Lead Service Line Replacement Plan
ETC works side-by-side with drinking water utility planners and engineers to develop a comprehensive Lead Service Line Replacement Plan with client-specific strategies to address full, partial and customer-initiated lead service line replacements. With a proactive and responsive approach, our team is well-positioned to react to anticipated Lead and Copper Rule Improvements to the replacement plan requirements before the current compliance deadline of October 2024.
Lead Service Line Inventory Development
Under the LCRR, drinking water clients must develop a lead service line inventory for all of their water systems by the federally-set compliance deadline. ETC provides these utilities with the expertise to review their asset and customer records to build the lateral material inventory. In the absence of these records, ETC will develop and execute plans to field verify these unknown materials.
School and Childcare Facilities Sampling Plan
With ETC’s extensive experience in environmental sampling, our community-minded team leverages these efficiencies to minimize the impact of the lead and copper sampling with school staff and childcare providers. ETC understands the importance of safe and clean drinking water for our keiki. We work closely with school administration and staff in partnership with the drinking water utility client to develop a sampling plan that will not only meet regulations, but will also keep health and safety top of mind.

ETC rises to logistically complex field services like conducting tap water sampling across multiple water systems covering a vast geographical area.
