Environmental Site Assessments (ESA)

ESA’s are conducted by our Environmental Professionals (EPs) who offer over 20 years of experience conducting ESAs throughout the State of Hawai‘i. ETC is known for our thorough assessments and our ability to formulate practical strategies to address environmental issues that may be discovered through the ESAs.

Remedial Action and Design

ETC’s staff is well-versed in the guidelines provided in the Hawai‘i Department of Health’s (DOH) Technical Guidance Manual, which allows ETC to collaborate with its clients to develop and design effective, cost-efficient remedial solutions that comply with regulatory goals.

Environmental Hazard Evaluations and Environmental Hazard Management Plans

Environmental Hazard Evaluations (EHEs) utilize site investigation data to assist in developing potential response actions. ETC personnel have been closely involved with the Hawai‘i DOH’s implementation of EHEs and Environmental Hazard Management Plans (EHMPs) within the State’s regulatory framework.
