Developed a Storm Water Management Program (SWMP) and Minimum Control Measures (MCM) for stormwater program implementation under Oklahoma Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (OPDES) Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System General permit number OKR04. This included developing the best management practices (BMP) the City of McAlester would implement over the permit duration. Developed the SWMP for the City of McAlester based on the capabilities and requirements of the City through discussions with City staff and stakeholders and evaluation of City capabilities. Provided the City of McAlester with a storm water program that streamlined the City’s efforts while at the same time maintaining the compliance objectives of permit number OKR04.
